This dazzling ring features a 10 carat extra fine gem quality untreated tanzanite in the finest color. It is an astonishing stone! It is hard to describe the velvety quality of the big tanzanite except to say it is the purest deepest blue anyone could possibly imagine! This tanzanite is truly showstopping!
The beautiful tanzanite is securely set in an exquisite hand made diamond halo setting which rises high off the finger. On the underside of the dazzling and large cluster there are fine twists of gold wire and pave set diamonds.
2.57 carats of VS clarity D/E/F color round brilliant cut diamonds
This makes the total weight of the tanzanite and diamonds in the setting 12.57 carats.
The face of the ring measures 7/8" long and is 11/16" wide (22mm x 18mm). It rises 1/2" off the finger when worn (12mm).
Inside the shank it is marked "Constantine Hand made" and "750". 750 meaning solid 18 karat white gold, this confirmed by testing. It weighs 15.42 grams
