Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy

We do accept returns. If, in the unlikely event, you are in any way unhappy with an item, please send us a message to let us know as soon as possible. Do let us know within 3 days of receiving the item. We will do all we can to help and to resolve any issue.

If you do decide to return the item, then it must be returned to us in exactly the same state as you received it.

We require the item is shipped according to our easy to follow instructions within 7 days of contacting us.

Pieces that have been in anyway altered or resized after you received the item may not be eligible for return or may only be eligible for a partial refund. Please contact us to discuss in such a case.

Pieces which have been worn and the returned to us are not eligible for a full refund. We are not a jewelry library nor are we a borrowing service.

We require that you comply with our clear and easy to follow return shipping instructions. Items returned that do not adhere to these return instructions may not be eligible for a full refund.

An email with your shipment information will be sent at the time of shipping your item.

Carriers we use internationally vary according to transit times and services available because of the pandemic.

Locally we ship express with Australia Post.

We require a phone number for all shipments.

Items are usually shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment.

If you require us to resize a ring or you have other special requirements, then this takes some time and we ship accordingly. If for some reason you request a delayed shipment date, perhaps you are away from home, then we will ship accordingly.
