An astonishing pair of solid gold sapphire and diamond jackets and diamond earrings dating to the mid century era

These beautiful earrings are composed of a pair of stunning earring jackets dating to the 1950s which have been entirely hand crafted and an estate pair of diamond ear studs. The jackets themselves consist of a quintessentially mid century design of tiered fine earth mined sapphires and white diamonds. The jackets themselves can be worn with any pair of stud earrings. For sale here a pair of estate 30 point VS fine white diamond and yellow gold studs have been included with these fine earring jackets. The diamond studs and jackets together look absolutely divine.

Together the pair weigh 16.7 grams in total. The earring jackets are solid 18K yellow gold whilst the studs themselves are 14K yellow gold.

Each gorgeous earring measures 1 9/16" long and is 11/16" wide (39.0mm x 17.5mm).

The beautiful earth mined precious stones set in these earrings are as follows:
* 8 carats of blue tapered baguette cut fine sapphires
* 0.82 carats of fine white diamonds F/G mainly VS
* 2 15 point diamonds G VS for a total carat weight of 0.30 carats.

This makes the total fine diamond weight 1.12 carats.

In total there are 9.12 carats of fine diamonds and genuine sapphires set in these luxurious earrings.

These earrings are a one of a kind custom made design from the era. They are of heirloom quality.

The pair are in beautiful condition and are ready to gift or to wear.
