Here we have a one of a kind natural untreated earth mined fine Australian crystal opal cabochon and diamond pendant hand crafted in solid 14 karat yellow and white gold.

This is a large natural solid crystal opal pendant measuring 1 9/16" long by 1/2" wide approximately (40mm x 13mm).

The play of color is astonishing, this is very high grade Australian precious opal. It has an overall floral dimension and quality to the pattern. The colors yellow, green, blue, violet orange and red can all be seen with predominant intense green sparks. The colors are fiery and intense and cover the entire surface of the precious opal.

I think the fascination and wonder of all the best opal is in the rarity and the uniqueness. There is only one opal in the world like this one!

The opal itself is rub over set in solid 14 karat yellow gold and measures approximately 1 1/4" in length by 1/2" wide by 3/16" deep (29mm x 13mm x 5.3mm). This is a very large opal for such fine gem quality with an estimated weight of 8.75 carats. It is a solid high grade Australian crystal opal.

There are an additional 0.12 carats of natural untreated SI clarity I color white diamonds set as accents on the bale.

This makes the total opal and diamond weight in this luxury pendant approximately 8.87 carats.

It weighs approximately 4.9 grams. The pendant is entirely handmade.

The opal is in beautiful condition it is free from crazing or damage of any kind.
