This astonishing one of a kind pendant was made in the mid century era.
To me it resembles a perfume bottle, but a friend suggested it also was gourd shaped and the arrangements of the cabochons has a sputnik appeal as well! It is magical in it's inspiration and quite uplifting to look at.
There are approximately 4 carats of wonderful multi-colored gems including amethyst, citrine, tourmaline and aquamarine on the bottom of the flask shaped pendant.
This handmade mid century rainbow gemstone pendant weighs 3.9 grams.
It has been professionally tested to be solid 14 Karat yellow gold.
The pendant measures 1" long by 11/16" wide (26mm x 17mm). This is a delicate and charming pendant with beautiful craftsmanship.
