It is a big ring with the top of the ring measuring 13/16" long by 11/16" wide by 9/16" tall (21mm x 18mm x 15mm).
In total it weighs 9 grams. On the inside of the shank is clearly marked 585 for 14K gold and also signed by the maker with their initial or monogram.
