Here have have an exquisite natural untreated Australian opal.
This big opal weighs 9.92 carats and measures 25mm by 13mm by 4mm.
The opal has a pale body tone with colors exhibited in every shade of the rainbow. The pattern is difficult to describe but to me is almost a combination of subtle fireworks sparks with a superb red sunset. It is also a little floral in pattern.
You will notice small sparks of quite vivid greens, a beautiful pastel blue, yellow, orange, peach, and red.
This amazing natural opal has never been set and comes from retired jewelers stock.
