Here we have a divine vintage circa 1970 natural lavender jadeite jade ring with gorgeous diamond accents set in the shoulders.
The color of the natural jade cabochon is superb! It is a consistent delicate pastel shade of purple the tone beautiful and feminine.
The beautiful jadeite jade in this handmade vintage ring is untreated. Apart from normal cutting and polishing it is as mined. These days most jade seen in modern rings has been acid treated, soaked in plastic resin and dyed. Untreated jade is immensely more valuable than modern treated jade.
This ring is stamped 14K for metal fineness inside the shank. Professional testing confirms the same.
In total it weighs approximately 5.3 grams.
The beautiful natural untreated lavender jadeite cabochon is very translucent and catches the light beautifully. This precious jade cabochon measures approximately 14.6mm x 11.6mm x 6.0mm and weighs 10 carats.
There are six five point claw set round brilliant cut diamonds. These diamonds are VS/SI in clarity and J/K in color.
This pretty lavender jade cabochon ring is a size 5 1/2 US. It can be resized within a wide range so please inquire.
It is in lovely condition and is ready to gift or to wear.
An Appraisal Report shall accompany this pretty lavender jadeite ring.
It shall be sent in a presentation box for safe keeping.
The photos form part of the description. Like all colored stones there is a color variation that occurs in different lighting conditions both inside but also outside, even the time of day can make the color of a stone appear a little different. We do our best to show colors as we see them. Color perception is highly individual and some people can perceive more colors than others, also colors can appear somewhat different on different screens and devices due to variations in screen hardware and device display settings.
