Here we have a stunning natural earth mined red ruby pendant set with a full halo or sparkling white diamonds.
The IDEAL vivid red natural ruby here has had absolutely no treatments whatsoever it is as it was mined having been only faceted and polished. This fine gem quality natural ruby does not have any modern treatments we see today such as the use of beryllium to improve the color or glass filling to improve the clarity - this is a stunning natural ruby! The ruby measures 6.06mm x 4.16mm x 2.28mm and weighs 0.60 carats as estimated in the setting.
Surrounding the ruby there is a halo of baguette diamonds which alternate with round brilliant cut white diamonds. There are eight of each baguettes and rounds. These natural sparkly diamonds are F/G in color and VS/SI in clarity. They have a combined weight of 12 points.
The total ruby and diamond weight in this pretty pendant is 0.72 carats.
This pendant is crafted in solid 18K white gold. There is a 750 metal fineness stamp on the reverse. Professional testing confirms the same.
It weighs approximately 1.2 grams and feels lovely and light to wear around the neck.
Including the bale the pendant measures 9/16" long by 5/16" wide. The ruby and diamond cluster itself measures 3/8" in length without the bale (14.5mm x 7.4mm, 9.0mm).
