A dazzling and huge one of a kind pair of onyx diamond and pearl 14K gold earrings circa 1980, 2.80 cttw diamond weight, 30.3 grams.

These beautiful earrings dating to the 1980s have clear references in their bold design to the roaring 1920s. True to 1980s glamour they are big and bold. Each dazzling earring measures 1 5/16" long and is 1 3/16" wide (34mm x 30mm).

The mabe pearls measure 1/2" (13mm) in diameter and are beautifully matched. They are perfect hemispheres each 13mm diameter with excellent nacre and excellent luster!

The natural black onyx has been hand carved for these custom designed earrings. & WOW is black of the high polished onyx the most dazzling contrast to the gorgeous luster of the pearls and the scintillation and sparkle of the white diamonds!

Together the pair weigh 30.3 grams. To the omega back earring fittings are 14K stamp meaning solid 14 karat white gold, this confirmed by testing.

They have omega backs for pierced ears making them very comfortable to wear and perfect for statement earring like these.
