Here we have a stunning earth mined untreated natural lapis lazuli and turquoise atomic design cocktail ring crafted in solid 18K yellow gold circa 1950.
This amazing abstract gold ring is beautiful to look at from every angle. The tiered asymmetrical design is reminiscent of a flower to me and I just adore how it draws your eye in.
The colors also are beautiful. The turquoise is amazingly intense and there is just enough lovely matrix in the stones to add an extra dimension. Each section of lapis is fine quality intense in color and untreated. These fine natural earth mined untreated gems have been hand cut for this particular ring.
Underneath the floral cluster there is a metal fineness mark for solid 18K yellow gold.
It is a size 5 3/4 US and can be resized to any size required.
This unique masterpiece weighs 10.3 grams.
The turquoise and lapis cluster measures 1 1/8" long by 1" wide and rises 1/2" high off the finger (29mm x 25mm x 12mm).
In the photos you will see some reflections of the 18K gold settings off the high polished gems set in the ring.
This exuberant lapis turquoise inlay cocktail ring is in lovely condition. Viewed from underneath the ring there is some jewelers epoxy visible where the stones have been set. It presents well and is ready to gift or to wear.
