Here we have an heirloom quality natural unheated red ruby and sparkly diamond engagement ring.

The large oval cut ruby is tension set with astonishing color. No heat or other treatments have been applied to this precious stone. It is just as mother nature made it.

Measuring approximately 7.7mm x 6.5mm x 3.3mm deep the ruby itself weighs approximately 1.40 carats.

The diamonds have been set beautifully in tension set mounts that cascade down the shoulders of the ring. Closest to the ruby the round brilliant cut diamonds are larger and they get progressively smaller towards the sides of the setting. It's a stunning visual effect and the sparkle is to die for.

All the diamonds are VS clarity F/G in color and the cuts are excellent. The diameter of the diamonds set in each tier of the cascading setting are 2.7mm, 2.3mm, 2.0mm and 1.6mm respectively.

The total diamond weight is 1.11 carats.

The total ruby and diamond weight is 2.51 carats as estimated in the setting.

Inside the shank there is a 14K metal fineness stamp. Professional testing confirms the same.

It weighs approximately 8.6 grams.

This beautiful ring is currently a size 6 1/4 US. It can be resized within a range.

The setting measures approximately 3/8" along the finger with the diamond and ruby cluster measuring approximately 3/4" from side to side. The rise off the engagement finger is approximately 3/16" (9mm, 19mm, 5mm).

This is an exceedingly special one of a kind no heat ruby ring.

It makes an exquisite engagement ring, ruby anniversary ring or the most luxurious dress ring that could be imagined!

Full appraisal papers will accompany this astonishing oval cut ruby ring.

It shall be sent in a presentation box ready for gifting and for safe keeping.

Like all colored stones there is a color variation that occurs in different lighting conditions both inside but also outside, even the time of day can make the color of a stone appear a little different. We do our best to show colors as we see them. Color perception is highly individual and some people can perceive more colors than others, also colors can appear somewhat different on different screens and devices due to variations in screen hardware and device display settings.
