This spectacular fine natural Australian rainbow crystal opal ring dates to the 1950s and was made in America. Every intricate detail of this cluster ring was made by hand. It is set with superb natural opal that has flashes of sheets of vibrant colour including red, green, blue and yellow. The setting is custom. You will never find another ring exactly like this it is absolutely one of a kind.

Currently this ring is a size 5 USA and can be sized easily.

There are 5 untreated natural opal cabochons in varying sizes and shapes for a total carat weight of 3.13 carats. These flashing opals stand out beautifully against the fine white diamonds set into the asymmetric cluster. The total fine diamond weight is 0.55 carats. The hand setting to place these gemstones is beautifully done.

Total gemstone and diamond weight is approximately 3.68 carats.

This pretty ring is entirely hand made and the top of the ring measures approx 15/16" long by 7/8" wide by 11/16" high off the finger (24mm x 22mm x17mm).

Personally this is the prettiest opal ring I have ever seen. I like this design with it's asymmetric details much more than the standard opal rings with a single central opal surrounded by diamonds. Crystal opal is my favorite because of how the colors jump out at you like a rainbow captured in the pure water.

It is in lovely condition ready to gift or to wear wear and is sizable to any size required.

The photos form part of the description. Like all colored stones there is a color variation that occurs in different lighting conditions both inside but also outside, even the time of day can make the color of a stone appear a little different. We do our best to show colors as we see them. Color perception is highly individual and some people can perceive more colors than others, also colors can appear somewhat different on different screens and devices due to variations in screen hardware and device display settings.

Precious opal will look different in different lighting conditions the play of color constantly changes and looks different inside and outside as well as in intense light and in the shade or in subdued light which is a desirable feature of precious opal and makes it so valuable and rare.
